The usual monthly KDE updates have moved to all users. This is basically a bug fix release for all three, Plasma, KDE Apps & Frameworks.
For what has changed see:
Also moved in the last week to ten days were major updates to ICU (64.2)/ Boost (1.69.0) & Poppler (0.76.1)/Proj (6.0.0). These updates required rebuilds to over 200 packages, that is why you have seen some rather large updates last week. Especially the Poppler update was big/difficult, since after 0.68 the upstream devs broke all backward compatibility, so it took well over 9 months before most projects that depend on Poppler were able to catch up with all the changes.
Most had newer releases available or rather simple patches to get them to build, a few though had to go with git build at this time. The latest released versions needed way too many patches, so it was chosen to do git checkouts for those. So if you noticed some RC or beta versions of for example Krename, this is the reason why.
