OBS Jitters

Anyone else having an issue recording in OBS recordings? Native and Flatpak have same issue, where the video is slow and jittery, lake gargling with water. Initial setup showed no problems or unusualness.

Attempted different video formats to no avail. Playing on Haruna or mpv has same result, other recordings play back fine. Kamoso records fine. Wayland or X11 makes no difference.

AMD 7700x using integrated graphics, 32g memory. OBS works fine on other distros.

What are the other distros? Also with Mesa 5.1.x? Since it is with AMD and probably recent, I suspect you hit a bug with Mesa 5.1.1, please test with going back to Mesa 25.0.6 (if you can install with pacman-U from your /var/cache/pacman/pkg).

Just test flatpak version it works, no jitters or slowness, Intel here.

Yep, you probably nailed it. I'm stumbling over the newer Mesa release. I'll check the upstream comments on Mesa.

Mesa 25.05 (and earlier) is fine on Mint, Manjaro, Deepin, and other distros. Maybe I should bite the bullet and get that video card, eh?

No, not for this, I will check patches for Mesa 5.1, this is a regression.
