Hello! I installed KaOS 2016.04 on a BeeBox (Celeron N3150 box) and it worked just fine (minor graphical issues). When playing around with installing linux-next, I recognized my system started freezing with that kernel. No visible journalctl log, htop doesn't show anything going on as well. After updating the system to be 2016.06 now, the freezing problem still persists unfortunately.
Like I said, the issue doesn't appear with kernel embedded into 2016.04. I also had memtest x86 running for two hours, no errors showed up. Also stress tested the whole system with Kubuntu without any problems. Only thing is, after discovering KaOS, I don't want Kubuntu. This seems to be the most plain and simple KDE based distro I have seen so far. Also the package manager is simply awesome. I am even considering replacing my gentoo installation on another machine 🙂
I hope to get some help here, thanks.
