Frameworks 5.26.0 & KDE Applications 16.08.1 were released to the packagers today. These are not final tars so if you find issues report them here, NOT upstream at KDE. Since these are not released you can't file bug reports anyway, these builds are intended for internal testing.
Release by KDE of these will be later this week.
This also include a first master git build of Plasma 5 (plasma 5.7.90) as was discussed here:

Expect these kind of complete and fully integrated builds for all of KDE from now on in KaOS.
