Understood.
When I run sudo blkid, I get this:
/dev/sda1: UUID="C3D2-D842" TYPE="vfat" PARTUUID="9544718f-60ef-4fc7-97de-a6cf08bce917"
/dev/sda2: UUID="cf00881c-9a17-4c9d-b9ae-9d35f9914d6f" TYPE="xfs" PARTUUID="a7755466-63a2-4f99-a744-eecb9e7258f8"
/dev/sda3: UUID="7688d66e-6e70-458d-b027-3710ee7a2cfa" TYPE="swap" PARTUUID="7b26ac50-2266-4031-865f-4adff38a9e52"
/dev/sda4: UUID="e60844ad-e76f-437f-ac71-bb17f87bc56a" TYPE="xfs" PARTUUID="37cef1a7-12ea-4d41-8abe-f45497db47ac"
/dev/sda5: LABEL="EPPS" UUID="29266C8129762633" TYPE="ntfs" PARTUUID="76023848-2f11-4724-9769-fc34cc5845f6"
I want to add the path of /dev/sda5 to the /etc/fstab file. Should I add the value of "UUID" or "PARTUUID". According to the links you gave me it seems they used the value of "PARTUUID".
I first added the value of UUID to the /etc/fstab and rebooted but there was no change, edited with the value of "PARTUUID", still no change.
This is the /fstab file and how I edited it.
