Hey Guys

Am I crazy, I thought about 6 months ago (or more) standard Android utils was in the repo? If not it's not big deal, I'll just pull it from Google.

I might be wrong, but I think it's in KCP?

zynex Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I have checked KCP and found nothing. It's no big deal, I pulled down the platform tools from Google I just feel like there was a point when it was in the repo on one of my previous builds.

Adb has never been in the repo, that is why I presumed this was a KCP question. If you are referring to a package named android-tools, then yes, it used to be in. Since it was broken in parts for quite some time (around 2 years), I presumed it was not used at all, so it was removed about 8 months ago.

Ah, android-tools is the name of the package. Thank you @demm , I really do need to be better at learning package names.

I wasn't aware that it was broken. In truth I only used the CLI tools adb and fastboot to manage my Nexus 5X. I'll look to KDE connect for most of that from now on.

    Thanks again guys.

@loonix I'm all for figuring out the android-tools issue but as @demm said the package had/has broken parts which, I agree, shouldn't be in the official repo. How about we build a KCP for android-tools for now and see about working on the rest for the future?
