I would like to propose remove kdelibs4support from dependence, for several packages:
If it does not require a lot of work and it is possible, I would be grateful.
Thanks for reminding, I will check all still depending on kdelibs4support today.
Start is made with kinfocenter:
All on your list are now done, plus a few more:
Probably plasma-workspace 5.17 and plasma-nm 5.17 will be free from kdelibs4support, also.
plasma-nm should already be free from kdelibs4support
plasma-workspace, I have tried a few months ago, still a lot of parts needed kdelibs4support
All listed in pacman -Sii kdelibs4support | grep Required will be checked (a few already shown they still need it, including khotkeys: https://github.com/KDE/khotkeys/search?q=kdelibs4support&unscoped_q=kdelibs4support).
pacman -Sii kdelibs4support | grep Required
I meant that khotkeys, wasn't ready.
Calligra should compile without kdelibs4support, or not?
libkcompactdisc should also compile.
kmplot should also compile.
Alkimia doesn't list it, but compile fails, for missing handle in one of the modules.
All those should be ready
All possible kdelibs4support is now done https://github.com/KaOSx/apps/commit/45b98a0403bddfca4766cc499a230dcd69840145
plasma-sdk also has qtwebkit removed.
The process of removing outdated dependencies has accelerated.
