i have a fresh install with /home from older installation.
When booting I get the error message: Error symbol table is missing.
After view minutes the control panel started, but dolphin is transparent and no function?

How is this question a tutorial? Correct tag set....

Create a new user, that should fix, if so, remove some config files from your old home, like ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc and ~/.config/dolphinrc (or rename, if you'd like to compare some settings you used to have). Keeping an old ~/.config between different distros and desktops is asking for trouble.
