With the release of Frameworks 5.64.0 today, the whole Qt 5.13.2 stack can now move to all users. Qt 5.13.2 has been in the build repo for almost 2 weeks, just about all of KDE has been rebuild/updated using that version, this included KDE Apps 19.08.3.
You might have noticed fewer updates during this period, since nothing was moved that was build on new Qt (to avoid weird errors trying to run newer applications on old Qt), thus a large update is coming your way now.
Another major update is new Pacman 5.2.1. This now has zstd compression support. If you build some packages for your own use, make sure to merge the new makepkg.conf, some changes were needed there too.
A new addition to the [core] repo is iwd, it probably will become a wpa_supplicant replacement, networkmanager was rebuild to include iwd support. It still is experimental, so nothing has changed for any default setup, but it is possible for you to test this addition now.
