It has been a long search to find a replacement for systemd-kcm (an application that can handle systemd service files in a well intgrated GUI), looks like Stacer will fit the bill.
Systemd-kcm has been dead for about 4 years now, so it needed to be replaced. Stacer actually can do a lot more then just handle systemd files, it also is a full fledged system monitor, can be used to clean up unused files and package caches, enable or disable startup applications and manage hosts.
It has two problems right now, it ships with dark mode only and the cmake build does not include translations.
Once those are fixed, expect it to be part of the default install for stable ISOs

KDE devs have forked Spectral and released a stable version of that fork today as neochat, it is also added and will replace Spectral on updating. This will ensure a better maintained Matrix client for the KaOS repositories.
Spectral was still a git build only.
