Upstream KDE sysadmin notified KaOS that repology is picking up the unreleased (tagged only) Frameworks 5.86.0 version as the latest stable. That is not a correct way of doing things for KaOS, thus the packages have been removed (and tagged versions of upcoming KDE releases will no longer go to the build repo). No action is required this time, if you are testing 5.86.0, it will be released in 2 days, so for that time you will get a harmless notice that a local version is newer then repo.
