On updating, it wasn't clear there would be any ABI breakage, but anything qtwebengine based turns out to be broken by this update.
Needed rebuild of qtwebengine fails so far, it will needed patching for changes in harfbuzz, so harfbuzz 3.0.0 is removed until proper fixes are found.
As always when on build and something gets removed:
sudo pacman -Syyuu
