Using the Build Repo. Libpaper was updated to libpaper-1.2.0-1 on 10/05/22 . This appears to break cupsd.service from loading.
Checked and reinstalled all cups files with no success. Downgrading to previous libpaper-1.1.28-2 solves the problem and cups loads OK.

Libpaper moved to a fork (& 1.2.0) because new psutils 2.09 needs that fork/version, but it is already known that it can't be used as is for the stable repos, besides cups, frescoabldi also broke with this, so it will stay in the build repo only. Following upstream to see if they come up with fixes, otherwise it will be removed completely. Giving it a few more days.

Libpaper 1.2.0, psutils 2.09, and all that were rebuild on libpaper have been removed from the build repo.
It is clear now that the fork of libpaper, is not at all compatible with original libpaper, pretty much a new library.
That means that psutils cannot be updated until a solution is found how to use the 2 libpapers.

For anyone on the builds repo, as always when things get removed, pacman -Suu after your next pacman -Syu shows you have locally newer packages.
