Yeshua,
Demm's method is more pure KaOS than what I write here. I utilize his method method for a couple of things, but have to keep an eye on them to update and stuff.
Oftentimes I may add a package or two using Flatpak (https://flathub.org/) just because I can easily update those packages with the "flatpak update" command. Anydesk is available as a flatpak, so that's what I recommend here.
- Install flatpak and flatpak-kcm using Octopi Package Manager.
- Open Konsole and run "flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://dl.flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo" (no quotes). It should ask for a password.
- Reboot.
- Open Konsole and run "flatpak install flathub com.anydesk.Anydesk". Accept all changes. Could be some permission warnings, but I've had no problems.
Anydesk should appear in whatever category it should in the app menu.
Look over the Flathub site to see if there's anything else you need, BUT always search Octopi for it first.
Hope this was helpful,
Scott
