Did you check md5sum of the ISO? How did you create the install media?
SUSE imagewriter on USB. USB with June ISO was successfully used to create install on laptop. same USB was tried on AMD desktop where i ran into this issue.
If all tat is correct, then logs are needed, form the Live ISO go to the hdd/partition were you installed KaOS > /var/log
From there, installation.log, pacman.log, and installation-grub2.log are needed. These logs are too big to post here, use a pastebin service to link to.

When you get to a black/blank screen, can you get to a tty? Tried tty1 > 'Ctrl+Alt+F1'
tried this. but couldnt get a console
If it hangs at fsck, checked your hdd for errors?
HDD is brand new Samsung 840 SSD on which i had a functioning netrunner .it was wiped to be replaced with Kaos.live install gparted was used to create XFS before starting of HDD install
