The only option I can see is a language selection by pressing F2. There were no dialogs after this, the OS just booted with default settings. And here are the default layout settings:
As you can see, there is no latin layout by default. This causes a major lack of usability (no way to type commands in cli, connect to wifi, type an url in browser etc.) unless you change settings to something like this:
AFAIK most user-friendly linux distributions like Ubuntu and Mint, as well as MS Windows, ship theese settings out of the box.
