Octopi-notifier states: There is an update available (KCP)

The only program that I ever installed using KCP is snapper. I tried to reinstall snapper, which shows the same version.

BIG FAT WARNING: the snapper-git package now uses systemd .timer units instead of cron scripts!
If you use timelined snapshots, you need to manually enable and start the timer units with:

# systemctl enable snapper-cleanup.timer
# systemctl enable snapper-timeline.timer
# systemctl start snapper-cleanup.timer
# systemctl start snapper-timeline.timer

You should now run 'snapper create-config /' while root to start 
using snapper
