couldn't get the octopi syninfo opened, i cant find tools.

What ISO did you use to install KaOS and how long did you not update?

What you are showing here means you installed from an ISO form last year, or older.

If this is an older install please note so, if this is a recent install, go to the downlaod page and get the latest ISO, it will be the same amount of download as updating all form what you have now.

If this is an old install, then you better rethink using a rolling distro like KaOS, not updating for 7-8 months is not the way to go.

If you don't update for such a long time, make sure to read back all News items to where you updated last.

KDE 4 was completely removed from the repos, other packages were used to remove obsolete packages like the conflicting touchpad package you have now. Seeing you have KDE 4.14.1 means your last update was August last year.....
