With the server move some changes were needed to how the mirrors sync. I have been able to get in touch with most, and all but one have corrected how their mirror sync.

EDIT June 9 2016:
Dacentec is now syncing again too, no need to do the below un-commenting any longer.

One can't sync right now, so open your mirror list if you see non syncing mirrors

kdesu kate /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

Look for

Server = http://mirror.dacentec.com/kaosx/$repo

If that is your first mirror, make sure to comment it out for now

# Server = http://mirror.dacentec.com/kaosx/$repo

The mirror for the main KaOS server has changed, find

Server = https://kaosx.us/repo/$repo

And change to

Server = https://repo.kaosx.us/$repo

If you updated the last 2 days, then you did get a new pacman-mirrorlist, that one does reflect the KaOS mirror change, so make sure to merge mirrorlist.pacnew

The last mirror provider I emailed about the server changes has adjusted their sync script now too

Server = http://mirror.dacentec.com/kaosx/$repo

Is fully working again, no need to disable this mirror any longer.

I don't get it, and I didn't receive any mail... Should I change my sync script?
