All looks ok in the logs, images look good too, EFI used is:

So it seems to me this is a GUI bug in Calamares for UEFI installs, I will check again here too, might be I have seen the same for bootloader message, but did not pay attention to it, since it shows it is going to use the correct EFI anyway. You can verify it too by opening the debug window, click bottom left, it will show what is added to global storage for boot. Pus your /etc/fstab will have the needed entry.
