Good day!
I have been using KaOS for the past one month now....simply love it.
Of course the learning curve been steep compared to other distros that I used before, but I embrace the challenge.
Past 2 days as I remember, whenever I open Octopi, I get the following message:

Mirror-check...

Checking core main apps archlinuxfr...

'core' is synced.
'main' is synced.
'apps' is synced.
'archlinuxfr' is not synced.Do not update, wait for your mirror to sync.

Command finished with errors!

I have no idea.. as I checked on-line, I still get no answers, yet.
Hope to get some guide from fellow users.
Thank you.
Kudos for all the good work.
Shan.

Please read what KaOS is, and it certainly is not Arch based, so what you have done with your pacman.conf is complete unsupported.
Remove non KaOS repos from your /etc/pacman.conf and see if you can still salvage this install.

This topic will be closed soon, adding unsupported repos or thinking KaOS is based on some other distro will automatically close such topics and will have them removed from this forum.

Hi Demm,
Thanks a lot for your reply.
I totally understand the fact that KaOS is not based on based on Arch, no questions about it....an still made this mistake!
Ah hah!
Well,
I did not add this mirror until I found it hard for me to install certain applications that I need to run for my daily needs. Perhaps the mistake was I wanted to use KaOS but wanted to run the same apps that I was using in other Linux distros, my mistake. Regretted.
So, now I need to learn ways to use applications available purely in KaOS for my daily needs.
Thanks a lot for pointing out my mistakes.

Certainly you will see me frequently in this forum though!
Good day!
Shan.
