Hello,
I find that I cannot run an update from octopi in a terminal.

Using the qtermwidget5 terminal reports that /usr/lib/octopi/octopi-helper is missing.

This file is not included in the list of installed files for octopi.

Any ideas on how to fix this please.
Thanks, JJ

It is not included in KaOS. When using the terminal, nothing beats pacman, why would you want to go around pacman?

I have got into the habit of using Octopi, but liked the flexibility to see the upgrade/install progress in a terminal.

Happy to use pacman, just seemed an odd omission. Nice to see everything working.

johnjark just seemed an odd omission.

It is an LXQT based tool, not adding a different DE for this.

Octopi was refactored in many ways last week, octopi-helper is now a rquired part of running octopi, the sudo parts of LXQT are now also included in the code, so both are now included in KaOS octopi. Currently in the build repo, will move soon to all users.
