Just to follow up with my previous answer...
I have updated linux-next to the 5.7.4-1 and it remains the exact same outputs for xinput, dmesg and lsmod as I posted before for 5.7.2-1. The touchpad still not recognizable by KaOS.

I replied to your questions above.
And have tried every single new linux-next available with the same (dmesg and xinput and other) outputs as posted before. Currently in 5.7.7-1-next with TouchPad not recognized.
Do you have any update about this issue? or something I can do to help you solving this?
No updates, distros I found were the issue is also present, nothing has changed there either. (one even linked to this thread for new things to try).

There seems to be some improvement coming with linux 5.8, some reports are in that this commit fixes the touchpad issue for a variety of hardware:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=8bf9865187f6c3130b5c748a3212d591c9d563de
Because of this, linux-next will probably move to 5.8 RC7 coming Sunday.

Hey I tried KaOs Today 10 Jan 2021 ( in Live mode)
Touchpad is still not working
So I used kdeconnect-cli to emulate remote input via Android device and got these logs
JournalCtl output
https://pastebin.com/cbVgJEmy
libinput devices output
https://pastebin.com/4Xkhz98s
rmmod output
https://pastebin.com/GRX2EXNr
Finally hwinfo
https://pastebin.com/KB02t8bT
Output of commands that other user tried
https://pastebin.com/VNT664c1
Finally to add
1)This touchpad works on
Ubuntu , Linux Mint ,KDE Neon ,Manjaro ,Endeavour ,openSUSE and Windows
2)And does not works on
KaOs and Debian Stable
3)
KaOs install even fails to show graphical interface so for that created a new issue
I have the same issue with a Huawei matebook, my touchpad doesn't recognize in live and installed
