Yes it is! It broke my heart when I couldn't get Virtual Box to work. Had to go back to Debian yesterday 'cuz of this.
My work revolves around VirtualBox, and my bosses won't change their mind about this. I've started today, just got home from my first day. I've installed it in a VM in Debian, I'll keep using it virtualized until I get another pc.

Virtualbox "just works". Presuming you are referring to using it as a host. Just make sure to fully update the system sudo pacman -Syu and install all the needed packages, virtualbox-qt5, virtualbox-modules and if you like the extension pack.
