Can you elaborate on what was updated? Stable repo's had no Flatpak related changes at all.
Unless you are using kde-next, but then it should not be reported in this section at all.
Flatpak slow start
- Edited
Could it be an appstream or systemd issue? There are updated 11.11 and 10.11 respectively, probably 16-17 I face the issue, I have internet issue 13-15, no good internet connection on these days.
I'm using build repo, no use of kde-next at all.

Is that similar https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2247905? But the issue is not only to Firefox but gtk applications, I'm using gtk applications in flatpak.
Please downgrade appstream back to 0.16.3 then, see if that fixes (Flatpak in kde-next is build on top of appstream 1.0.0, no test results in yet)
- Edited
For some unknown to me reason I cannot build appstream 0.16.3 (0.16.4 is in the main, I deleted automatically older versions from cache)

I meant pacman -U from /var/cache/pacman/pkg, let me know if you don't have 0.16.3 in your cache, then I will upload that previous version.
I don't have previous version, my cache is mounted in memory, also I update through clearing cache exclusively. Can you upload previous version?
sudo pacman -U https://sourceforge.net/projects/kaosx/files/packages/appstream-0.16.3-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst

It doesn't fix the issue. Probably another change of sub depend? Did you know who provide access to DBus to flatpak? Or qt5-base change?
xdg-utils
is beta? Also another log
F: Can't find a11y bus: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.TimedOut: Failed to activate service 'org.a11y.Bus': timed out (service_start_timeout=120000ms)
It seems all DBus calls are timeout which misbehave apps
If I switch to stable repo, disable the build one, it might help?

That's the diff, only qt5-base could be related?
Since you mentioned it started a week ago, then no, the Boost/ICU update/rebuilds are not related (that is why the qt5-base rebuild, just 2 days ago).
Switching back to stable not fix the issue, so some package between ~ 10 days to now (in stable) contains the incorrect change, only systemd is direct depend on same period.

I don't have previous version, I could test if you provide it.

It looks like xdg-dbus-proxy
is split from flatpak repo, could it make difference?
https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/flatpak/-/blob/main/PKGBUILD?ref_type=heads#L101
Failed to create DBus proxy for org.freedesktop.UPower
If you want to compare with that version, flatpak in kde-next is also that version, make sure to pacman -U flatpak & appstream from kde-next.
But xdg-dbus-proxy
doesn't exists in KaOS repos, it presents in Arch repos.
