installed Aug iso on AMD machine with free drivers. install went through fine. was able to bootup.
installed linux-next and re-generated grub.
once rebooted display will not come up beyond bootsplash whether i select 'linux' or 'linux-next'
dont have logs at the moment. high level feedback at the moment.
Not (high level) feedback, nor an install issue.
As noted, install and bootup into newly installed system had no issues.
Afterward you installed/changed things. If you want help with trying to fix, logs will be needed (either in tty or from a Live ISO), no one has a crystal ball here to see what you did. Post /var/log/pacman.log, output of "sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg" and pacman.conf for starters.
