This was a missed digikam rebuild for new marble, in the future please open a bug report. Symlinking is not the solution.

New digikam/kipi will move shortly, but for now you can get the fixed versions with:
sudo pacman -U http://kaosx.tk/repo/build/digikam-5.6.0-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz http://kaosx.tk/repo/build/kipi-plugins-5.6.0-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz

EDIT:
New digikam is now up in the apps repo, update your system once your mirror has synced.

Actually, it is better to just adjust the default bashrc, if you do want to add color.
See the Gentoo bashrc as an example ( color section only):

Implement color changes in:

Fork that repo, make your bashrc changes and create a pull request.
